Ingredients:

2 heads of Andy Boy broccoli, cut in small florets and cooked

3/4 C refrigerated slaw dressing

1 C package sweetened dried cranberries

1 C toasted pistachios

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl combine Andy Boy broccoli, dressing, dried cranberries, pistachios, salt and pepper.
2. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
