Say cheese! The Creative Kitchen team and our Whole Foods Market campers can’t get enough of Emmi’s Mild Le Gruyère Cheese. They’re having so much fun making and eating fondue with Emmi’s cheese at our Kids Cooking Camps. Emmi sources its milk from pasture fed cows that aren’t treated with growth hormones – and happy cows makes for even tastier cheese! Their simple, all-natural ingredients and careful process allow for rich flavors in every bite. Grated, sliced, shredded, or diced – this cheese is a great addition to any balanced diet with calcium and vitamin A in every serving. Find the recipe for their ooey gooey fondue and other great dishes here.

From the Mouth of a Kid:

I love this cheese on everything! I could eat it every day!

From the Eyes of a Parent:emmi

Emmi’s mild gruyere has a delicious flavor that tastes great eaten by itself or added into recipes that my whole family enjoys! My kids especially love when we have fondue night. They love helping me prep Emmi’s cheese and choosing different vegetables to dip in the fondue. It’s a great way to get them to eat their fruits and vegetables – plus, it’s fun for everybody!

Flavorful Features:

Emmi makes many different cheeses, including:

  • Appenzeller Classic
  • Switzerland Swiss
  • Vacherin Fribourgeois
  • Tete de Moine
  • Le Marechal

And other unique cheeses with different textures and tastes, such as specialty cheese and fondue.
