Marshmallow Ghosts
This recipe is part of the Kids Food Festival Halloween kitchen crafts and cooking class on October 31st, 2020! Get more information here!
Materials:
- 4 skewers, chopsticks, coffee stirrers or other such tool, making sure utensil is appropriately age-safe for participating children
- 8 large marshmallows
- Food coloring (the Kids Food Festival loves Color Garden Natural Food Colors, found in the BFPL Digital Halloween Bash goodie bags!)
- 1 small bowl per color being used
- 1 paintbrush per color being used
Directions:
- Pour food coloring into small bowls (one bowl per color – or, mix together to create unique colors!)
- Slide two marshmallows onto skewer.
- Paint marshmallows using Food Colors and Q-tips.
- Set aside to dry.
